This course is offered in collaboration with Texas A&M training partner, Texas State Technical College. This course provides a comprehensive curriculum to enhance the skills of current and future first-line supervisors. Upon completion of this course, certificate candidates will obtain a strong understanding of continuous improvement vs. continual improvement, problem-solving skills to improve a work process as well as employee relations, job instruction targeted at standardization, effective communication and safety in the workplace. |

This is a hybrid course that includes a 3-hour online component to be completed before the in-person 7-hour lab. The camp is open to students in grades 8-12 and/or robotics teams of any age.
