MUST be 18 years of age with verifiable address in the Coastal Bend region. \nLearn the fundamentals of AC/DC electrical systems used in industrial manufacturing plant applications. Through classroom and hands-on training\, participants learn to operate\, install\, design\, and troubleshoot basic AC/DC electrical circuits for various applications. Learn to use a voltmeter to measure voltage\, calculate total parallel resistance\, troubleshoot a transformer\, and learn about electromagnetic devices\, switched\, and combination circuits. \nOptional Industry 4.0 Certification Exam opportunity on Friday\, 7/25/25\, with SACA (Smart Automation Certification Alliance). This is a stackable credential that can launch your journey to the Electrical Systems Specialist Certification; an industry-driven certification\, developed for industry by industry.
