Manufacturing Machine Operator

This course is offered in collaboration with Texas A&M training partner, Texas Southmost College. 

 

The Manufacturing Machine Operator training prepares students for careers in modern, high-tech manufacturing environments,

specializing in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining and additive manufacturing (3D printing). This hands-on curriculum is designed to align with industry standards and combines traditional manufacturing principles with advanced digital technologies. Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn an Occupational Skills Award and HAAS Operator Certification.

Combination Welding

This course is offered in collaboration with Texas A&M training partner, Texas Southmost College.

This advance program is designed to meet industry standard welding techniques using the following processes to weld pipe: Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) & Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) pipe in all positions and emphasis on industry level standards. Upon completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to earn an Occupational Skill Award, NCCER Core and an OSHA 10-hour certification.

Welding

This course is offered in collaboration with Texas A&M training partner, Texas Southmost College.   

This introductory training is designed to meet industry standard welding techniques using the following processes: Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Oxy-Fuel Cutting (OFC), Air Carbon Arc Gouging (ACAG), SMAW fillet and grooves in all positions with & without Backing Bar in accordance to AWS D1.1, and various joint designs. Upon completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to earn an Occupational Skill Award,NCCER Core and an OSHA 10-hour certification.
